I dont think his reaction is realistic. either he has a mental disorder or he is insane. no person in there right mind would criticize someone for saving a life and sacrificing objects to do it.

You've never worked in customer service, have you?

oh so it's more about how like in comic strips they dramatize how office workers are treated by upper management to make a point?

Just saying, I can sort of see his side of it. That kid was Not His Problem(TM); the bank *is* his problem if he can't put responsibility for repairs on the girls. I'm not saying his reaction is typical--or even reasonable--but rather, there are enough unreasonable people that it's not so far-fetched that the Powerpuff girls would encounter them from time to time. I get the impression that customer service representatives end up meeting all the unreasonable people. Like, "ignore the fire alarm blaring in the background, risking burning to death, to deal with my problem" unreasonable.
There's also the fact that this guy has no idea what capabilities *and limits* the girls have. It's easy to make demands, even after the fact, when you have no idea what's impossible. As far as he knows, if they'd tried a little harder they could have gotten the same success (no deaths, criminals neutralized) without destroying the bank. Since he's upset over the damages, he assumes the worst of the PPG and concludes they were lazy and simply didn't bother trying to minimize collateral damage. Which is partially true; they don't seem to concern themselves too much with avoiding property damage.
If nothing else, you can chalk it up to Townsville. People there are...special.

Beat his ass, Bunny, this guy deserves it... How he can not see that those wannabe theives could have taken much more money than it will cost to just REPAIR the holes, or better yet, make them into DOORS...
