...well that makes me sad. Kevin Conroy voiced Batman in Batman: The Animated Series. And Justice League...and Batman Beyond...Mask of the Phantasm...Arkham Asylum...Arkham City.
So yeah, he's pretty much the longest running Batman. Even Adam West didn't have the role for 20 years.
OT:Luna in the Robin outfit is what makes this picture for me. I don't think it would be nearly as good without it.
