I changed the colors a little...and change her name.
Why?
Because I love the name Flo, and for some reason, this character reminded me of Flo from the Progressive commercials. c':

Personality: Flo is a very sweet, innocent girl. She's naive and gullible, and is often duped into doing some very stupid and foolish things. She is cheerful, and ditzy, not understanding most jokes, including dirty jokes, and cannot tell when someone means something literally or figuratively. Flo is very generous though, and will try to help out anyone. It takes a lot to get her angry or upset, and she becomes confused rather easily.
Powers/Special Abilities:
Echolocation-Ability to determine location of objects in the environment by use of reflected sound waves, whether generated by the character or ambient sound. Also known as sonar or radar sense. Plant manipulation-Ability to control, manipulate or animate plant life.Trivia/Fun Facts:
-Flo's powers were passed down from her parents.
-She was born and raised in a tribe of Pallid Bats, but went off on her own at age thirteen.
-Flo cannot control her powers too well.
-She wishes she were smart.
-She's nearly been banned from her tribe for being such a ditz.
