Yeah, Devil kazuya would win. Because In DBZ Original anime, There was a lot of filer added that made the characters much stronger than they really are. Dragonabll Kai is better, Cause it is an incredibly accurate anime adaption.

kazuya is a human that is posessed by the devil and has inhuman abilities telekenisis flight most probably atom amnipulaton particle amnipulation proton and elextron mmanipulation whereas vegeta being an alien spieces who can manipulate energy ki energy and blasts energy and who can transform and after each battle he becomes stronger his body becomes imune to any attack but kazuya not so much getting strnger by each fight he depends on his demonic power over his own so i give this to vegeta
