This is an experiment to explore if I could add snow to the fur of "Wolf 2.0 by AM" using "LAMH 2 Iray Catalyzer" in DAZ Studio and Iray. No post workRelated content

Thank you, When I tried adding the snow to the fur for some reason it made it look a lot more skinny and mangy. Not my original intent but I liked it. The background is stock photography and really seems to help the realism

Thank you, I was playing with the Bison model and it had a version with snow on top of the fur. SO I had to try to create something using the same technique. When I tried adding the snow to the fur for some reason it made it look a lot more skinny and mangy. Not my original intent but I liked it.

It takes some time to understand. But it is simple like hell!
Just makes goeshell over structure. Then puts texture on it and fades that using displacement and opacity maps.
I have done few own maps for it.
