Great work. Love the effects. The wings are very,very impressive.Great work keeping the colors in the blue range, works well with the entire electric image. She has a very beautiful face. Did you use a reference or is she a personal creation? As I said she is beautiful.

Her face is mostly just Victoria 6, I think I might have used a morph to make it a little thinner.
