Description
Another experiment exploring Ken Gilliland's "Songbird ReMix" in DAZ Studio and Iray. This time I converted the 44 free extra songbird characters that Ken Gilliland provides on his website to Iray. Then I created a 150 bird flock using "UltraScatter Advanced Instancing for Daz Studio". No post work- Jungle Construction Kit

Thank you, I had to try to fit in as many birds as I could into one image. It all started with an easy way to distribute the 44 different models in a scene, then it turned into 150. Once I did that I couldn't figure out how to show them all without them being to small.

Thank you, It wasn't too bad, I started to get a rhythm after converting so many birds. I wasn't looking forward to another 44, but then a half hour later they where all converted and another half hour later this image was rendered

Thank you, I used UltraScatter to apply the 44 free models to a 2 meter plane. It was interesting that I had to break them into 11 item groups and apply them separately so that it would work with UltraScatter. This caused more duplicates than I anticipated. I also couldn't figure out how to fit all 150 on screen
