Did you set the hair as emissive? Really great lighting and play of shadows here. I think I was just looking at those tattoos earlier on Share CG

Thank you, I tried something different this time and just attached the hair texture to the luminance settings instead of the emissive color as I normally do it. I was looking for tattoos and then noticed "Maebry for Genesis 8 Female" had some tattoo presets, then I made a mask of them to apply to the emission channel to make them glow
