Description
I was re-reading the "Dresden Files" novels and thought that I had the assets to create the core group of characters in DAZ Studio And Iray. So here is Karrin Murphy, Harry Dresden, Molly Carpenter, Thomas Raith, The Fu Dog Mouse, the cat Mister, and the skull Bob. No post workToo many items used to list them all

Very cool set of characters.
I don't know "Dresden Files" but it looks interesting, to say the least.

AWESOME!!!
YOU'VE GOTTA LOVE DRESDEN & CO.
Great job capturing their likenesses. Though I always pictured mister a bit bigger.
Any Plans to do others?...
I'd love to see your take on Gentleman John Marcone, The Archive (Ivy) & Kincaid, Ebenezar "Blackstaff" McCoy and Waldo Butters especially.

Thank you, Mister should be larger, more like a small bobcat. The biggest thing I took away from this re-read is how many great characters that would be fun to create in 3D. I'll definitely have to try some more.

Ah, how fantastic and I even know the books I read 2-3 years ago! Very funny your interpretation of all the characters!
After I recently did the Ork in the modern world, I had also briefly considered, to make a picture about another Urban Fantasy series "The Hollows series (Rachel Morgan series)" and now you do something to my second favorite series of this genre.

Thank you, I heard that we are finally getting the next book after a three-year wait. So I just went through and re-read the whole series. The biggest thing I took away from this re-read is how many great characters that would be fun to create in 3D.
I would love to see your take on "The Hollows series (Rachel Morgan series)". I love that series too and there isn't enough fanart out there celebrating all its marvelous characters. After finishing the series I had to try some of my own.
I also just finished devouring the Alex Verus series of books and it was a lot of fun.

Read the complete series again? Respect!
I have to take a look, a German translation sometimes takes years.
That is sometimes really terrible! With my favorite fantasy series the translator was somehow with burnout or something like that and it took about 10 years until the last books were translated. I don't remember many details and don't have time to read thousands of pages again. Unfortunately the series is so complex that I didn't dare to read it in English. (Malazan Book of the Fallen)
Oh, you already have a picture of Rachel morgan and co. I guess I overlooked it somehow, it's not that old yet.

Well, I listen to them on audiobook, so "read" is a very loose term. Plus I listen to them at 2X speed so it goes very quickly
I sometimes have to use a translator for content in my day job since everything is global now. I just did a job that had t be translated into 12 different languages and thus required an individual translator for each one, it took forever. Plus I have to trust that they are correct since I can't proofread it myself. It really gives me a lot of respect for people who speak different languages. It must be very frustrating to have to wait for the correct version to finally come out.
I always learn so much when I try to create art based on established characters because there are so many details that need to be included. I love your urban fantasy Orc image and know that you would do a great job on Rachel Morgan and Co.

Audiobook is cheating! That's what you can do while working in DAZ! I usually listen to documentation on YouTube.
Thank you, but I always have so many ToDos on the list and so little time, no idea if and when I'm start with them...

The biggest thing I took away from this re-read is how many great characters that would be fun to create in 3D. I thought that the "Blue Beetle!" had to be there. I was eying www.daz3d.com/retro-small-car but then remembered I had an old VW model, so I hid it in the back to keep people from looking at how old the model looks
