This doodle is Inspired by a simple screenshot of Todd Howard wearing a red Teletubby costume. The red Teletubby named Po. And Todd is wielding a pump action shotgun. Ready to shoot down anybody who he catches exploiting the flaws in the video game Fallout 76.
