When I was a child I was in love with the idea of the moon and had a book on the Apollo program that I read again and again till it fell apart. It had this huge picture spanning two pages taken of the Columbia from the Eagle.
This reminds me very much of that picture.

Woot, it's been like, 40 years already since humanity set foot on the moon for the first time.
NASA really should get outta their laurels and help set the Constellation program back on track, we really gotta go back to the moon ASAP!

"We require more minerals..."
NASA's budget is half what it used to be back in the days :/
Still, I do feel a sort of "civilizational patriotism" when I look at this

... damn.
There are two things which make this pic a winner in realism: the proper texturing of the moon's surface, and the reflectivity on the module's surface. The subtle sun-glare on the module in just the right spot goes a long ways, too.
It's amazing how simple things like that can take a picture with such a brilliantly simple composition into such levels of beauty
