Description

Very nice Cooler. I know there no way his movie(s ) could be canon, but I kinda wish Dragon Ball Super could find a way to make him canon at least.

Maybe not necessarily Cooler, but frost seems like the closest weβre gonna get to that right now.
Unless the broly movie mentions Cooler outright. Hopefully when super returns they could explore Frost and his revenge on Frieza for making him look like a pansy in the tournament.
