And this certainly isn't the first time this situation has come up; I've had others make works out of things based on my stuff that didn't come with any original reference, it's happened >~<
So long as reference or credit is eventually made proper, no harm done man ^^ thank you for the kind compliment btw and it goes likewise for yourself, it's really sweet to see that piece brought out with traditional color and added care to it, looks very nice man! :3

What pencils/mechanical pencils are you using?
If you're in the US I might just have to gift you from jetpens.com. The Japanese make the best shit. Hi-Uni's and Tombow 100's are the best wood out there and their new high strength mechanical leads are unbelievable.

I use the cheapest, most available BIC mechanical pencils I can get : P
I'm up in Canada actually, but that site certainly has me interested, I think I'll be taking a good look at somma' those tools they got there, much thanks for bringing that site to my attention, much appreciated!

You probably didn't see my note but it got you some gift certificates. Jet pens just needs your email to credit them to you.

Jetpens shipping to Canada is weird, $4 + $2 /per pound? Could get mighty expensive if you load up.
You might wanna price check www.pencilmein.jp first if their shipping rate is any better. The also have the new pentel - stein's and uni - nano dia's pencil leads. Their site navigation sucks though. As a bonus they do sell pencils individually unlike jetpens. I got my hi-uni 2b-6b from them. They just didn't have all the tombow mono-100's in all shades. Sometimes plastic can't beat the feeling of good old fashioned wood. lol
Maybe I'll do a grey scale of what I have for you? Mostly b's though.
Oh, and your most certainly welcome. I'm always on the prowl for best inks, paper, pencils, leads,etc. If you ever need a straw purchaser in the US I'm your man.

I like the use of Shading some of Rainbow Dash's streaks to give the impression of Multiple colours, the shading on the eye lid comes out nicely too. reminds me a lot of DJ PON-3 on your Shower Power piece.
