The cheek detail seems a little too sharp or bold in comparison to the rest of the piece, but otherwise another fabulous zombie girly from you

No it's where you can see her teeth through her cheek. I think it's because the teeth are too bright and should be a little more dulled. Maybe add a little highlight around one edge of the wound also (like you have a highlight for her forehead crease).
Does that make sense?
