Just started learning to paint with acrylics. I dabbled a little with a thickening medium to "impasto"-up my texture and go for an oil-like consistency similar to yours. But boy, it was using my paint up too quickly! I'm a poor boy lol.

Cheating?? Just done the old fashion way..what's the saying ...road to success is paved with a lot of failures...I have my own paving company!
