Topic: Killer Croc
Touched up this and that....dropped the Bat behind Croc...seemed natural...hell, almost criminal not to have the Batman in this piece.

I am surprised to find that this was the least voted for at the time that I voted for it during the Battle contest.
As far as story-telling goes as well as composition, this piece was by far superior of the other two.

Thanks for the support, bro. BA is a great group, but the judging needs to be refined. They don't judge on criteria like you mentioned (story-telling/composition), but instead opt for opinion based decisions. I've bowed out of the group to pursue other projects.

Killer Croc is a character you can have a lot of fun with, cause his design never really seemed to be set in stone. And what the hell, lizards are always fun to draw! I definitely dig the bigger more mutated version.

Which is why I did the mutated monstery version...lol...everyone always draws him with tattered clothes and I understand why, but I drew him with almost regular clothes because, well...he doesn't shop at the "Tattered Big and Tall" right?

As much as I tried hard to keep him out BA - I think this piece deserved a Batman.
Tops it off nicely. This is a great take on the croc, love the Bat's cape....now if croc would only have the smarts to look behind him....
