Description
Info by Greg Martin:Saturn's largest satellite, Titan is the only
moon with an appreciable atmosphere. Qiute
appreciable, actually... on its recent visit it took
two and a half hours for the Huygens probe to
sink through the dense air to the surface. Were
we to take a similar journey we would quickly
lose sight of space, catching only glimpses of
the ringet giant Titan orbits before becoming
lost in an obscuring fog of nitrogen and methane.
My third piece for ETP. Mostly a cloud work but somehow I knew from the start that it'll look good. Colors are warmer than on any other ETP pieces so far - due to nice brown/orange color of Titan. The most challenging part of the picture was to paint clouds enough hazy to capture the Titan's true nature but still enough obvious to look like clouds and not just like haze.
Criticism, advices and feedback were given by sirgerg , Baro and gucken - thanks guys!

By far one of my favorites, any chance of a 16x40" print at some point?

Highest available print is 24x36" with borders (see the print section).

Great, thanks for putting it up and the response. I've got an extra 16x40" frame that I'm trying to fill with something to match Greg Martin's 'Jewel'. Thinking about the 24x36" and attempting to modify it, as I really love this piece and it's colors.
