Description
Second attempt at making a PS3 looking XMB wave effect for my background wallpaper.Edit: Deviation modified to have the .psd downloadable for those that want it. Enjoy, and be sure to let me know if you use it for anything as I'd love to see it.

wheres the glowing particles? how do i change the color of this?

This was made before the PS3 had glowing particles floating around. You can add them if you want. An easy way to change the color is by doing a hue shift. Play around with the PSD file all you want.
