I’m possibly thinking of starting a blog featuring comic adaptions of Keikoandgilly’s in character answers as Doctor Whooves. It would be nice to do a blog where I wouldn’t have to worry about writing new material.Related content

I find that you almost hit your mark and are generally good. Having said that I do have some thought on your artwork in general. the problem You have that is the worst and shows most to whoovians is the lack of loyalty to the source material. Which brings me to your originality. Original=\good. This isn't bad but one must stay loyal to the source material or it becomes somewhat awkward. Oh and one last thing, which doctor is this supposed to be? I can't tell from his appearance and the lack of clear detail doesn't help either. You are a good artist no doubt but just take my word

This question also makes me wonder if the Doctor celebrates his birthday each time he regenerates.

the planet wasn't destroyed. The Doctor trapped it and the galifrayans in a "bottle" of sorts where they are trapped in a loop of repeating time. The galifrayans wanted to destroy existance of everything during the time war(s). (Then again that's why the Doctor is saying "if" it were destroyed)
