This is the first time I've ever drawn Sunset Shimmer by the way.Why the watermark you may ask, because this among other drawings of mine will be available as prints at Bronycon. I won’t be there myself, but my pal Jitterbug Jive (AKA Balddumborat) will be selling this as well as stuff from several other artists. So if you’re there please stop on by.

Some of us couldn't go to Bronycon, get rid of your watermark. All a watermark does is discourage the people browsing your art who may want to pay for prints or other merchandise. You're better off to take a loss from the few people who will download the art and print it off themselves, and not sacrifice the audience that looks at this and goes "Oh, he's restricting his work, no thanks". There are a lot more of "Oh, no thanks" people vs the people printing this art off themselves.
I can understand watermarking a piece because you're going to a con and you want more incentive from people to make it out and purchase it directly from you, but the con is over, there's no reason to keep this mark on. Your patreon isn't very impressive either, clearly this isn't working too well for you.

Yes hello, I am the vendor who sells his prints. And there are still prints to be sold at other conventions. Technically, these prints are the property of my vendor booth, which sells prints from multiple artists and are meant to be convention and online print exclusive on my store. I am running an actual business, taxes and legal documents included. The watermark stays.
Also, I want to point out how generally rude you are being here to the artist. Deviantart gives a watermark option for a reason, some artists would rather not have their artwork reuploaded or duplicated in other places and you are not entitled to the original piece.
And the little added remark on his patreon is INCREDIBLY disrespectful. There was no reason to say it other than spite. I hope you realize this and make a proper apology.
All this sounds like is you whining that you couldn't get a print of this, initially, and that you didn't get to go to Bronycon. This print will be available at other conventions and quite possibly on-line. Just because one convention is over doesn't mean there wont be leftovers, or perhaps another bronycon or convention etc where the artist would want to sell a print. It's PRINT exclusive, for sale as a physical good.
So no.
You can't have the unwatermarked version, and no amount of petty underhanded insults to one of my project artists (and friend) is going to get it unwatermarked.
There are better ways to say "Aww I wish I could have gotten this as a print but couldn't go to bronycon
