This wasn't meant to be horrifying or sickminded. It was meant as a comedic innuendo, like the "Goodnight everybody" moments on Animaniacs (there were also moments likes these in Power Puff Girls, Edd Ed n Eddy, The Flintstones and several others). I also tried to write it so it could be looked at in two ways, the first way is the more naughtier way, the second one is that Derpy is just being random (you may notice I don't show the events of what happened before Doctor Whooves and Derpy woke up, that way it's left up to the audience to decide what happened).
