The pie family is named, canon wise. In a book, it clearly states the names of pinkie pie's family.
1. Igneous Rock (the dad )
2. Cloudy Quartz (the mother)
3. Maud Pie (older sister)
4. Pinkemena Diane Pie (second oldest)
5. Marble Pie (the one with a gray coat and dark gray mane)
6. Limestone Pie (the one with the blue\gray coat and light gray mane)

This comic was written long before that book came out. Actually I should also point out that this comic was a reference to an ask blog centered around the twin sisters that was running at the time, and in that blog "Inkie" and "Blinkie" were said to be just their nicknames and not their actual names.

Basically he's talking about an alternate Grimdark universe version of Inkie Pie who has met up with him on a couple of occasions. Long story short: he doesn't like her.
