One can achieve the rank of Dissolved through uncanny skills and progression, but that wont make them truly a Dissolved.
The "Truly Dissolved" Badge is the rarest of any badges rewarded to Dissolved soldiers. It can only be received directly by the founder of the Dissolved faction himself, The Ninja.
It cannot be acquired through skills nor recommendations even from the highest Dissolveds.
Only a certain state of heart within a soldier that gains The Ninja's notice is required to earn this badge.
The "Truly Dissolved" badge is difficult to near impossible to achieve due to the need of having truly a zero-flaw requirement of a heart.
Only ten out of hundreds+ known soldiers in the Dissolved faction have actually received this badge in history.
The names of these soldiers include:
- El'Ratio (Retired)
- Reagan (Retired)
- Cairn (KIA)
- Balaho (KIA)
- Ziu (Still Active)
- Opal San (Still Active)
- Federa (KIA)
- Blaster Chief (Still Active, reward refused due to (Quote): "... doing what's right is reward enough...").
Receiving this badge, though quiet and without ceremony, is the highest honor achievable in the Dissolved faction.
