Very well done, the shading is adapted nicely!
The only thing I would fix would be perspective, the arm does not look really proportionate to the rest of the body.
The hand also looks too large for the arm.
Do not fret, for me, perspective is one of the hardest parts of drawing out there. Other than those points this is good (:
