Character Commission for:COLD SNAP is an alien criminal who was marooned on Earth and has returned to her life of crime. The accident that stranded her on Earth also gave her cold based powers. Her preferred weapon is a alien metal ribbon that she uses as a whip or to drain heat from her victims.

i like it, the design on whip gives the picture a technological feel, i wish you would have given it more contrast though, specially on the parts that are like ice and made the tones or the lines of the skin show a bit through (like lightly show the lines that form the leg through the boot to make it look like is made of something semi transparent like ice) that would only count if the costume IS made of ice though :3 but i do actually like the design, the costume and the skintone is well done
