well im glad to be the first 
first of all, shes gorgeous...but thats not what really captures my attention..
the photograph is beautiful, the matching title, the portrait style, the almost painting-like texture,
and especially, especially, the look on her face.
wow..i know its not your style at all, but if you add a quote, some sort of song lyrics or a little story that furthermore elaborates on "empty spaces" it would truly empower it.
that is my opinion, however.

I would love to add the quote, but I'm really bad in adding words to pictures
actually i took empty spaces from song "Show must go on" by Queen
and there is story behind it
we were shooting for 10 hours with this model - and we were doing full book for 1 day - trying to make it look like they were taken like in period of 5-6 month - so she was really tired that moment - and next one she was smiling for me and my camera again

well what I do is I choose a song that matches the picture and takes its lyrics as a caption, haha!
either way, this photo is really nice! I really love it and am surprised there aren't much comments on it like your other photos.

once i had exhibition called "melody of the shot"
there was kinda one song for each picture (we had headphones connected to mp3 players and they were connected to pictures and one song was playing for each picture)
that was fun!
actually best my works were done for this project
