Description
Finally finished this thing. I did the basemesh for the infant in sculptris, retopo in modo, then sculpted highres and did some texture work in zbrush. I painted epidermal, upperdermal, diffuse and specular for the skin shader. The rest is straight forward modo modelling and shading.
