Run!She didn’t know how she had ended up there. She still didn’t understand everything they had done to her. But she knew if she didn’t get out they would continue to change her, and eventually she would loose herself.

She tried to hold on to what memories she still had as tightly as she could. She knew she had been completely human at one point. In fact, she remembered being a man. Growing up, coming of age, girlfriends, university, and then… there was nothing. And she somehow knew there was more, more that had been erased from her memory.

They kept replacing pieces of her just like they were doing with her mind. She was mostly robotic now, some kind of cyborg. Likely intended to be some kind of sexbot. She may not have been able to remember her previous name, but she knew she needed to escape.

Memorizing the guards schedule, the timing of the shifts, which guard behaved which way, which controller was going to spend the most time with her. All those changes had at least given her that advantage. Finally the perfect day had come, the perfect alignment for the weakest security.

She was outside the compound, and sprinting at a speed she didn’t know she was capable of, when she heard the alarm go off.
