Description
Just a silly comic I made after I got a llama. I really have no idea why they exist in this website. And just to make it clear: I'm not against this whole "give a llama" thing.

I've been asking that question since I got my FIRST llama from the guy who introduced me to DA.
"ThisUser"??? I can tell that guy has a LOT of imagination...

Também não entendo pra que serve isso.
Pra mim, essas coisas de llama badge são totalmente inuteis.
Simplesmente não te da nenhuma vantagem e só ocupa espaço na sua page.

Still, you'd think you could sell em' back to DA for points or something...

Something for your list of ideas: have Blitz react to receiving a llama. XD

Questioning is the first step to enlightment - or to an answer, whichever happens first.

I guess it's just the virtual realization of a symbolic guesture.
Like giving someone a single gummi bear or a single, miniscule piece of chocolate.
That, and it stands out a little in your activity feed, just like a watch, so it's a way of (maybe) getting someone to click on your username.

Yeah, that's a good explanation. And I rarely notice it's there on my frontpage.

I got the super Llama...
AND STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT LLAMAS HAVE TO DO WITH D.A.!?!
...
And I thought cats were supposed to be the kings of the net?

Cats became the kings once Winamp lost its importance.

I think DA just wanted to give us something random to share. For fun.
Which reminds me, I haven't give you my llama yet.

I usually give a Llama as a sign of "I've taken note of your work and quite enjoy it."

Like a thank-you card.
With a slight scent of Winamp, to me.

It's kinda hard to make those Japanese "awkward silence dots" thingies stand out properly over a white background.
