So the new CMC has Applebloom's mane color, Scootaloo's skin color, and Sweetie Belle's eye color? Very original...

I think this is just how the artist painted her. In the show itself her skin color is much darker than Scootaloo's, her hair color is light pink unlike Apple Bloom, and her eyes and freckles are more related to Applejack due to being their relative.
