Description
This time I gave AJ real freckles instead of the 3 white/yellowish dots?You can tell I do enjoy drawing both of them as humans.
You can make up your own story on what happened.
Note: I never realize Big Mac has freckles. I been drawing him without freckles the whole time. LOL!

Granny Smith has just passed away and the whole apple family has falling into despair. Other than that, Applejack is facing other problems. Her friends have all gone out to explore the world outside of Ponyville. Twilight has gone to a Fancy college in Manehattan, Rarity has gone on a fashion tour in Canterlot, Rainbow Dash has joined the Wonderbolts, Pinkie Pie has gone to visit Octavia for a month, and Fluttershy is studying to become a vet.
With Big Macintosh the only one there to console her, they usually stay up for hours, talking about Granny Smith, funeral arrangements, and their old friends. One night during their talk, Applejack breaks down crying. Big Mac takes her on the front porch and points to the Apple Orchard. "Do you see those trees?" he asks.
Applejack nods. "That is our life. Our friends may have left, and Granny Smith may have gone to Apple Heaven, but we belong right here. this is where we are, and our going to stay. I'm not going to leave you." They rejoice in a hug, and go inside to have some apple pie.

She and Rainbow had a really big fight that just exploded into a big scene. Now she's scared their relationship and friendship is over and ruined. Big Brother is there as always to help her try and get things back on track. They'll sit in the kitchen for a few hours, AJ crying her frustrations and fears away till she finally calms down enough to talk.
Then over a plate of cookies and a tall glass of milk, Macintosh will assure her that everything will turn out okay. Because he knows both of them are too hardheaded and close to let an argument destroy something beautiful they have.
Applejack will get ready for bed and as she's laying there looking out her window she'll see something on the windowsill, a few small flowers tied together with a little note attached.

I know this idea probably won' be approved but...
Maybe she found out what REALLY happened to her parents...Or her grandpa.
Ever realized that she lives with her grandma,(no grandpa around!) and that her parents were never mentioned?
She maybe has them (Fluttershy's,Rainbow's and Rarity's parents weren't mentioned either).But what about grandpa?Hmm. :/
If you know some American movies where kids get adopted but they find out 12-13 yrs. later or where their parents die,ya know what I'm thinkin.

This is my first time doing a story like this, so here goes...
Big Macintosh took one last look over Sweet Apple Acres. As he looked over the home he was raised in, memories flashed in his mind. Remembering birthdays, and being taught how to take care of the cattle. The day his father told him he was going to be a big brother, and the day he first saw his baby sister. On her 6th birthday, he gave her that cowboy hat, and he can't remember ever seeing her without it. Then he remembered overhearing his father telling him that he was going to be an older brother again. Unfortunately, after Applebloom was born, his mother became very very sick and then his dad told him she was in a better place...and soon after that...his daddy went missing.
Today, Applebloom was trying to be around him a lot more, but Applejack was keeping to herself like Big Mac didn't exist. Granny Smith made him promise to write back from Appaloosa, Applebloom was trying to stay strong, but he could tell that she was holding back a lot, and Applejack was still locked up in her room.
Big Mac had been saying goodbye all over Ponyville, and now he looks from on top of the hill outside Sweet Apple Acres as the final light blinks out in the tiny house. Then he made his way towards the gate.
Just as he was walking on the path, he felt something grab onto his back and tackle him to the ground, and then start pounding on his back. Big Mac flipped over to see who his attacker was just as she began to speak.
"Yah big dumb selfish..." Applejack let out between blows. "Yah can't leave us!". Big Macintosh held her hands back. "It aint' my fault!" Big Mac screamed "They need me in Appaloosa!". Applejack looked on the ground and softly said "...we need you here"
Big Mac put his hand on her shoulder, but she jerked him away. "AJ," (he knew she hated being called that, but she just rolled her eyes) "I'm gonna be back before Dash can clear the sk-", But Applejack cut him off "THAT'S WHAT HE SAID TOO!". Big Macintosh didn't realize it at first, but it was obvious to him now, Applejack was crying. Even when she was a girl she stayed strong, heck, he saw her run away from home at the age of 10, so seeing her cry really did surprise him.
Big Mac pulled his sister's chin up, she didn't push him away this time, and he hugged her. Then he picked her up, just like in old times, and carried her across the field as she listened to her big brother's heartbeat, she didn't feel scared anymore and was able to sleep. He carried her home and laid her in bed, kissing her forehead before he left.
The next day, Applejack woke up seeing her hat on the nightstand. She went to pick it up, and noticed a picture, it was the day she got that hat on her sixth birthday. She smiled, and picked it up and put it on, and without any words, she knew that Big Macintosh would always stay with her in her heart.
