Isn't it a little dangerous to walk around in those aboned and run-down houses? Over here those buildings are kind of restricted areas the communes are blocking with chains and stuffz so that noone can join or well even if they do that the commune doesn't have to pay when something happens

Yes they are quite restricted here as well. And yes it is dangerous. You have to just be careful and take caution.
