My favorite place in the world ^_^ You did a wonderful job of capturing the park the way it is! Where is this, if you remember?

I paddled Opeongo once, but didn't take the road there -- started out at Cache and went through... Smoke and uhh *trying to remember* took the ope-sprui portage. (between Opeongo and some other lake that starts with "sprui", or at least something that sounds like that. And Happy Isle too, but that might've been after Opeongo (this was last summer)

I'll look out for it next time I go :3

The tone of this works, although it does make me wonder how intense the true colours may be.

Beautiful scene, the effects you used remind me a little bit of Ansel Adams. It's that same kind of secluded, secret feel that this image and his seems to have. Perfectly composed and the symmetry is spot on, nice balance as well.

Such beauty.
In Norway, we have a word for that, but it doesn't sound as good in English. It's trollish. Meaning it's beautiful, native and mystical, reminding me a bit of folklore.

The colour is great, the sepia is perfect.

Interesting with having only one tone is such a strong manner. Almost makes it's kinda dreamish. I like your compostional style(in general, not only this one). It's like golden ratio, but a bit off to throw the view off balance. A good example of good rule-breaking in composition. The shape of the river adds of life to the picture. I also like that the picture isn't overely dramatic, it adds som sense of mystique to it. (Not that I have anything against dramatic pictures, in fact I love it... but it's so usual in landscape that it's refreshing to see something different.) This is the best shot in your gallery IMO. Good job, looking forward to more in style(color and composition).

Interesting that you mentioned the style I had on my other shot, it was something I came across solely by accident, you seem to have developed your style in a more concious manner. (Correct me if I'm wrong). For myself I'm kinda lacking a overall style in my photograhy, but I think I'm finally onto finding my vibe. Hopefully Ive found a style within 1-2 years.
