I say Batman, ten times out of ten.

I don't think BF's killer instinct is a deciding factor here. Fett supporters, ask yourself this; Of all the villains Batman fights, who isn't a vicious killer, who would put a bullet in him if given half a chance?

Batman only fights killers, and comes out on top, literally every night of the week. 

What does Fett bring to the fight that's any different than Deathstroke, or Deadshot, or Bane?

Boba Fett was killed by slapstick. I've never seen him earn his over-inflated rep on film.

Now I have every confidence that Fett can break out of Arkham, but he'd have to, because the way I see it, he's going to wake up on Commissioner Gordon's doorstep, tied up in bat cables, before the night is out.
