Description
This is another one of my video game ideas. This is Command & Conquer: Red Alert 4.

The year is 1996, the Allied Nations have defeated the Soviet Union as well as Yuri and his own faction and the world has now embraced a new era of peace. But, little do the Allies know is that despite the Soviet union being defeated for all time, it's legend lives on. The country of China: A loyalist to the Soviet Union has secretly re-armed itself with the leftovers of the Soviet Army and even restored Imperial Rule, renaming the country the Neo-Ming Dynasty. Now, determined to do what the Soviet Union and Yuri couldn't do: Destroy the Allies. They take over Siberia and are now making their way to Moscow. President Travis Robertson receives a message from the Russian President: Anatasia Kosovich asking for assistance from the Allies as the Dynasty is nearing the Russian capital. Robertson orders Allied forces in Europe to move on Moscow to protect it from this new Threat to the World.

The Allies have a lot of the units and artillery from Red Alert 2 and Red Alert 3. Though, Their superweapon is a miniature version of President Ackerman's top secret weapon in an Allied mission in Red Alert 3.

The Neo-Ming Dynasty has a lot of the arsenal from the Soviet Union from Red Alert 2, with some units from Command & Conquer: Generals series of games (E.G. The Dragon Tank) along with some Dragon-based artillery (E.G Dragon Spire, more or less like a fire version of the Soviet Tesla Coil). They also use the Ion Rocket superweapon, it's a giant bottle rocket that uses a multiple of explosives in a wide radius which is very destructive.

This is the locales of the game.

Russia
==========

Moscow: This is the first Mission for both the Allies and the Dynasty. if playing the Allies your mission is to protect the Russian capital from the Dynasty. If playing as the Dynasty, your mission is to beat the Allies and take the Russian Capital.

Siberia: This is the second Allied mission. Here you must liberate the region from the Dynasty.

St. Petersburg: This is the second Dynasty mission. Here you must pass through the Allies and destroy the Winter Palace where the Russian President (Anastasia Kosovich) is hiding.

Asia
==========

The Taj Mahal, India: This is the third Allied Mission. The Dynasty is using the Ancient Indian Palace as a top secret Base of Opperations, your mission is to eliminate the Dynasty base surrounding the Palace but leaving the Palace intact.

The Russian/Chinese Border: This is the ninth Allied Mission. The Dynasty has built a system of Ion Rockets in hopes to destroy Russia Outright and compensate for their loses. Your mission is to destroy the Ion Rockets before the Dynasty launches them.

Kathmandu, Nepal: This is the tenth Dynasty mission. The Allies are using their legendary Chronoshpere in hopes to destroy the top secret training facilities of the Neo-Ming Dynasty which is in the remote region of Kathmandu. Your mission is to protect the training facilities from the invading Allies.

Bangkok, Thailand: This is the fourth Allied mission. The Neo-Ming Dynasty is using the Buddhist temples as top secret training facilties and weapon manufacturing locations. Your mission is to destroy the Dynasty stronghold in the Thai Capital and capture the Buddhist temples.

Hong Kong: This is the Eleventh Allied Mission. With the Neo-Ming Dynasty in shambles, it's the time to put an end to the Dynasty. Your mission is to defeat the Dynasty in the biggest city of Hong Kong and secure a location for the Allies.

Beijing: This is the final Allied Mission. It's a 2-part mission, first you lead Agent Tanya in a raid on the Dynasty capital, and then build a strong Allied force to storm a Dynasty Stronghold in the Forbidden City and capture the Dynasty's Empress (Wei-Ling).

Taipei, Taiwan: This is the sixth Dynasty Mission. You receive word that Beijing was destroyed by a surprised Allied attack which led to the deaths of millions (including Empress Wei-Ling). Your mission is to destroy the Allied base which is in the city of Taipei.

Manilla, Phillipines: This is the fifth allied mission. Here the Neo-Ming Dynasty has a secret base established in the Phillipino captial of Manilla. mission is to guide Agent Tanya into Manilla and locate the facility, and then destroy it.

Osaka, Japan: This is the eighth Allied mission. Here you are to liberate the city from the Neo-Ming Dynasty and capture the occupied banks in the city with engineers.

North America
=========

New York: This is the eleventh Dynasty mission. With the Dynasty the aggressors, it's time to take the Allied center of the United States. Your mission is to take the Allied financial capital of New York. But, you'll not only fight against the Allies but General Oo-Long's forces as well.

Washington DC: This is the final Dynasty mission. This is a 2-part mission, first you guide Lin-Lei Yuan (the Dynasty's answer to Agent Tanya) through the American capital and then build a force to eliminate the Allies and defeat President Robertson at the White House.

San Diego: This is the sixth Allied mission. Empress Wei-Ling has activated the Dynasty's navy and is heading towards the Allied naval base in San Diego. Your mission is to protect not just the Allied naval base but the city from the Dynasty.

Anchorage, Alaska: This is the sixth Dynasty mission. With Europe under Dynasty rule, it's time to realize Empress Wei-Ling's vision of taking the United States. Your mission is to destroy the Allied Base in Anchorage which also conists of a strong Allied Navy.

San Juan, Puerto Rico: This is the ninth Dynasty mission. The Neo-Ming Dynasty is now within striking distance of the continental United States. But what seperates them is a strong Alied naval division in San Juan. Your mission is to destroy the Allied naval base and create one for the Dynasty and ensure an invasion on the United States.

South America
==========
The Amazon Rainforest: This is the eighth Dynasty mission. The Neo-Ming Dynasty has detected a special Allied top secret weapons facility in the Amazon, believing that the thick vegitation of the Rainforest would make this facility undetectible. Your mission is to destroy the facility to keep the Allies from upgrading their war technology.

Europe
==========
Venice, Italy: This is the fourth Dynasty mission. The Dynasty has successfully invaded Europe and is now determined to drive the allies out of the continent. Your mission is to destroy the naval stronghold of the Allies in Venice to secure the Mediterrainian for the Dynasty.

Berlin, Germany: This is the third Dynasty mission. As the Dynasty has taken Russia, they now set their eyes on Europe. Their move is to cross the borders in Germany. Your mission is to take the German capital of Berlin and destroy the Allied base in the city to secure the Dynasty's foothold in Europe.

Barcelona, Spain: This is the fifth Dynasty mission. As the Neo-Ming Dynasty has the Medterainian, they now seek to take the entire Continent of Europe. Your mission is to ensure the Dynasty's dominance in the Mediterainian and destroy the Allies in Barcelona by destroying the main European shipyard.

Stockholm, Sweeden: This is the Tenth Allied mission. As the Neo-Ming Dynasty failed to launch Ion Rockets on Russia, it turns it's attention to the west as the Dynasty is planning to use Ion Rockets against major cities in Europe and the United States. Your mission here is to once again destroy the Ion Rocket Launch sites before they launch.

Africa

The Congo Jungle: This is the seventh Allied Mission. The Neo-Ming Dynasty has a top secret weapons facility in the Congo Jungle where the Allied Command believes that the Neo-Ming Dynasty is trying to create something called the Feng Shui Engine, believing that the thick vegitation will make the facility invisible to Allied satelite recon, but was detected. Your Mission is to locate and destroy the facility.

Note: I might come up with a special cast list for both factions next.
