LOL! man that's awesome! great concept. Your anatomy and drawing ability is good, the portrait of Stan in recognizable, and the clolourng is fantastic. The only thing I could say is Thor looks a little stiff in panel 1. I think if he was tilting forward a bit more and the rain was a slightly more of an angle it would give more of an impression of speed and movement

Funny how u chose not to make them say anything to each other in this rendition.
But then again, to have a Norse god of thunder fight against an ordinary guy who perhaps deliberately set up the fight scene in a stormy environment is in itself a joke of a sort...
