Here's another one of Talizorahfootfocus' pictures. I couldn't get a higher quality on this one, either, but at least you can still make out her toenails.
Pokemon trainer Dawn finds herself tied facedown to the bed, with her feet laying amongst the edge. Dawn's composure slowly but surely cracks, bursting into unrestrained laughter as she goes through a tickling session that ramps up in intensity from light pokes, to a light rub, and ending with a hefty massage going up and down her sole.
