Description
Castor is a small flightless creature that paddles on a leaf with a twig to get around. His diet consists of pond scum and aquatic larvae. He's rather quiet and has no friends.

Backstory: Castor is the son of an elf (and maybe a sparrow. Either that or the wings on his back were removed from another sparrow. You choose). In his youth there was a strong storm while he was playing outside and he was flung far from his home, landing safely in a human turd. Lost in the gutters of suburbia, he now wanders the waterways of the world in an attempt to return to his tree.

Anyhow, originally the background was going to be all white with some clouds in it, and the clouds would be filled in with galaxy (nebulae, stars, etc). But things didn't work out, and in the end I decided on a dragonfly and orange sky instead. Makes a little more sense than abstract space clouds, at least. Well, Castor was fun to design and color, so that's good.
