The appropriate course of action would be to analyze the pothole and learn to recognize and avoid it before leaving it in the past so that its pothole friends up ahead don't get the upper hand. Or foot.
The thing with the F is it can't go up. It can only bring the GPA down.

I dunno, those potholes can be tricky. They might diguise themselves. As flowerpots. Or hotspots. Or plotholes. Or the infamous dalmation spots. And when you're least prepared... BAM! I heard they come an' get you.
