I can relate to that grade with my biology course.
I was sick constantly and always had lung/throat colds and then to top things off I was sick during the exam.
1% saved me from that grade in your picture.

back in my senior yr of high school, i was bored with taking classes, so i dropped everything i could, and only took whatever was necessary for me to graduate.
any superfluous classes i couldnt drop i intentionally failed, though i still took all the notes and paid attention. i just decided i didnt want to bother with the homework, or the exams. for the tests i made pictures on the scantrons
one of my teachers was mad about my couldnt be bothered attitude and gave me shit, so i decided to actually try on the final, and got a 96%. that shut his ass up.

dude, if / ever got an F on a final, my dad would NOT be so understanding..... I'd get something ore like, " how did this happen!??!? dont you ever try!??! thats it, there are going to be some changes around here, you are going to come straight home every day, do your homework, and study right up until you get to bed!!! you are grounded until your grade improves!!!" and on and on....
