Tomorrow's the day of my last final! So what do I do? I make more video game fanart.So as I mentioned in my last journal, I purchased FF3 for the DS. Towards the end of the game I came across the true reason anyone buys this game: the cat ears.
Now my leading character runs around the map with a cat-eared hood. It's really quite amusing, and it makes the grinding all worth it. Anyhow, I should probably move on and explain this picture to those of you who are unfamiliar with this.
So the cat ears is basically part of the costume to a healing class. They, um...heal. With magic.
Alright, I'm done! Now back to studying.

I have no idea what made them decide expert White Mages should wear cat eared hoods...but it carried over into later games. Krile's White Mage Job wears a cat-eared hood in FFV, and the ultimate head armor for Relm (won only in the Colosseum) in FFVI is the Cat-Ear Hood.

.........SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!! I wish I had those costumes for myself and my girlfriend. It would be so frikin adorable, the pictured would be ALL OVER THE PLACE. (Can't tell that I love my GF can you? lol)
In a response to the actual picture, its adorable, really. I have the game for my DS (am I thinkin of the right FF? You said FF3 for DS, I think that's the one I have) and I have yet to meet this characyttrer, unofrotunateely I've been either woprking, sleeping, cuddling with my girlfriend (which I don't mind cause I like cuddling too, but she likes to cuddle at the wierdest times (like right before I go to work...)) and I really haven't gotten to play it much, especially cause XCOM: Enemy Uknown came out and its like crack to me (love turn-based RTS grid-movement games, but there's so few, and we got skipped for the newest Fire Emblem T_T) and I haven't gotten a chance to get past the ghost town with the cave that has extreemely high elevel emenies fore your level in that point of the story (Right when you catch up to your fruiend (abount 5-10 minutes in, depending on if you actually read the dialogues).
Again, if I wasn't already planning a cosplay for the 2014 ACEN convention (lack of money for the 2013 T_T, plus I heard it won't be as good as the past couple years, or the 2014 ACEN), I would actually try to get a hold of these outfits for us.

...FFIII is personally my fav (don't have a ps2, so there), mostly cuz 1 is kinda simple, and 4 is not so great. However, 5 is in the running (I like the job systems in 3 and 5)
