Description A critique on exaggerated chibi-ness from someone in no place judge.

So I was staring at my blank Flash canvas and went , and there was a SD girl on the right. Alright, that was fairly amusing. The left looked pretty empty, and I didn't know what to do with it, so I went again and there was a...thing. Well, I liked it, so I did a bunch of touch ups on the chibi girl and absolutely nothing on the shouty-thing.

For the background I google-imaged "Japanese subway" and used the first picture that I liked.
