Were you trying to to depict someone being tortured on the rack? I'm afraid that it actually looks like the guy's resting on a bed. With the chains slack and the arms loose and bent the only response I get is ' that guy is resting in a really weird way'. There's no sense of the rack as the extreme medieval torture implement that it was, it wasn't used to bore people to death! 
Maybe that's what you intended, though, it certainly makes the picture worth thinking about. Says something about how today we seem desensitised to the most horrible of things. Maybe also how some people ignore danger, always seeking the newer and greater danger and thrill while "lesser" dangers seem to them to be nothing. /arty rambling>
If you WERE trying for the torture effect I suggest having the guy actually stretched out. You're hardly going to pop the limbs out of the sockets and actually torture him, but you *can* stretch him without hurting him. Try Googling for detail on the rack, there's a lot of information out there. (We humans are so ghoulish!)

Wow, this is amazing. The contrast between the persons skin, and the torture device is wonderful.
The perspective the picture is taken at is also very amazing, this picture seems to take my breath away.

s'cool, definitely, but the authenticity is lost with the background. You can see tripod legs, stacked charis etc, and i dont like that.
Foreground couldn't be better though.
Simple PS'ing should fix this one.
