-Overcloak Reacter - Payback can become more powerful overtime by overcloaking the nuclear reactor in his chest, changing his color from green to red and increasing his power.

Equipment: -Crash Driver - A belt-mounted driver that allows users to use the power of a CrashPlasma to become a Kamen Rider.

-Nuclear CrashPlasma - A Crash Plasma containing the ultra-charged essence of the Fallout Smash. It is highly unstable and dangerous to use, but provides extrodinary power

Finishing Attack: By pushing the lever of the Crash Driver out and in, Payback can channel the Nuclear Plasma and execute a Radioactive Explosion.
RADIOACTIVE EXPLOSION! - Payback lights himself on fire and jumps into the air. He rockets forward with firejets, and performs a Rider-Kick at high speeds, slamming into the opponent and dealing heavy damage.
