-Vile Impulse - Vile can summon black tendrils from the ground to attack or constrict his enemy.

-Essence Thief - Vile can steal the essence from Full Bottles by touching them.

Equipment: -Vile Driver - A belt-mounted driver that uses Vilebottles to transform one into a Kamen Rider.

-Wolf Vilebottle - A Vilebottle containing the corrupted essence of Fuze.

-Rider Vilebottle - A Vilebottle containing all Data on the Rider System.

Finishing Attack: By cranking the lever of the Vile Driver, Vile can execute a Viletech Assault.
