-Leviathan Lances - Vile can create black frost lances in his hands to use as weapons

-Vile Impulse - Vile can summon black tendrils from the ground to attack or constrict his enemy.

-Essence Thief - Vile can steal the essence from Full Bottles by touching them.

Equipment: -Vile Driver - A belt-mounted driver that uses Vilebottles to transform one into a Kamen Rider.

-Leviathan Vilebottle - A Vilebottle containing the corrupted essence of Blow.

-Rider Vilebottle - A Vilebottle containing all Data on the Rider System.

Finishing Attack: By cranking the lever of the Vile Driver, Vile can execute a Viletech Assault.
HERE WE GO! VILETECH ASSAULT - Vile throws a barrage of black lances at the enemy, each exploding and freezing the enemies limbs until they are completely immobile. He then creates a massive ice leviathan and has it crash into the enemy from above, killing them.
