Because really, who doesn't love the Lightbloom shotlock? It's now my headcanon that she figure skates.Regarding the "mismatched" skin color on her legs and torso, that was intentional. Female figure skaters wear skin-colored clothing to appear less covered than they actually are, and I wanted to convey that here.
I had to improvise on the blades on the skates, and then a few days later found a model that actually had skates...
Use without the culling, and her flowers are optional items.

As of 2.8, Aqua's figure skating tech is more than just implied. From what I've seen, her Command Style finisher in 0.2 has her starting in a sit spin, then finishes it off with an upright spin. So, yeah. Aqua being a figure skater can be considered canon given the way she fights.
