Description
He was never bound by sentiment or nostalgia. Why look back at the past when there was more to find in the future? There was an undeniable charm in memories and old feelings, to be sure, but all things must be let go of eventually, no matter how steadfast you clutched it to your heart. Lifeless years dried of ambition will teach you that.

So why was it he was now finding himself pulled back? What was calling to the long gone warmth of the past?

It was a familiar sound, one he hadn't heard in years. Less the score and notes played, and more so the reasoning behind them. The pause of hesitation before pressing the next key, followed by the satisfying sound of its execution. Sometimes even the sound of the wrong key, and then the sound of the right one immediately after. And then repetition. Dedication at its finest, fueling each trial and error, and never once giving up.

It was an uplifting sound. A long silenced sound.

It was the sound of strength.

Another entry for 's Summer Raffle! The theme is "music" (and related things).

Made two new meshmods and turned a candy cane into a cane for this picture. XD (Just in case you're wondering, that's not Noctis, that's Terra.)
