Thank you for the compliment, Katie. I do appreciate it. My first attempt to draw a portrait of someone was in March of 2009. At that time, I never imagined I would continue drawing portraits. Until that March, my artwork had consisted mainly of scenery and still life painted with oils. Now I find it had to think of doing anything else.

Thanks! That is way too much praise you are giving me, dear. I don't have plans to stop drawing people real soon; but how long I will keep it up, is not in my hands. I am on the downside of years now. In just 16 days I will celebrate my 81st birthday.
