Dragons are native to most places in the world. It only depends which variant you want to draw on. The Lung dragon is indeed native to Asia in its varied species, but that is not the only type of dragon. Technically even Coatl of Sth Amer. and Wyverns of Europe are also subspecies of dragon, so there are even more breeds than you may be thinking of.
